There, we gained in-depth knowledge of the country, its people, and culture, forged valuable friendships, and laid the foundation for Umrah Smart.

Your Umrah – as individual as your needs

An individually designed Umrah journey means that you are in full control of every detail. You can flexibly choose and customize, among other things:

• Travel date
• Duration of stay at each stage of your journey
• Flights by airline, flight times, and flight duration (Economy Class or Business Class)
• Hotels including room category and meals
• Transfers from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, between individual travel destinations (e.g., between Makkah and Madinah)
• Train journeys with the Haramain High Speed Train (Economy Class or Business Class)

Full security through EU package travel law

Despite the individual customization, your journey is fully covered by EU package travel regulations. This ensures you benefit from the highest level of protection:

• The tour operator is liable for the proper execution of the entire trip
• If, for example, a flight is canceled or a hotel is overbooked, the operator will take care of equivalent alternatives
• If no solution is possible, you can withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund of all payments already made
• In the event of the operator's insolvency, the legally required insolvency insurance applies

Upon payment of your deposit, you will of course receive a valid security certificate in accordance with the EU Package Travel Directive.

Important note for all Umrah travelers

Regardless of which provider you book with, you should always make sure to receive a valid certificate of security with your deposit. Unfortunately, many providers – despite being legally required to do so – do not provide one.

No risk from group tours or uncertain execution

Many Umrah trips are offered as group tours that only take place if a minimum number of participants is reached. Often, a high deposit is required at the time of registration, even though it is not yet certain whether the trip will take place at all.

With us, it's different:

• As soon as you book and the deposit is due, all travel components are bindingly booked with the respective service providers

• You will immediately receive your booking confirmations and the certificate of security

• Your trip will take place regardless of the number of participants

This allows you to concentrate fully on your spiritual preparation – without any uncertainties.
